Wood finish machine, wood effect machine (ZQXJ-1):
Wood finish machine, wood effect machine model ZQXJ-1 is used for aluminum profile/sheet for
wood effect decoration. It is composed with a single table which can be customized
either for profile or sheet; the table is in front of one side of the infiltration
oven. A frame is made out of two hinged parts holding each a membrane is
laid on a movable trolley of the table. Lay the transfer paper on the lower membrane
once it opened, put the working pieces on the transfer paper, it will be closed
when another transfer paper laid on the working pieces. A pump will create
a vacuum in between the two membranes, which makes a perfect adherence of the transfer
paper on the surface of the working pieces.

The frame will be pushed into the infiltration oven manually/automatically after
the vacuum process is finished, Where it will stay for 3 to 7 minutes till the temperature
reach up to 180C. This will make it possible for the pigment inks transfer
from the paper into the coating layer, The transfer process is finished as
the frame come out of the oven manually/automatically with an excellent quality
result and a remarkable reduction of the production cost. This model is patented
and technologically advanced.
