The new ZKP-6 is very compact and efficient system, which is specially designed for metal sheet for wood effect decoration. It is composed with six tables, three of which at each side and work alternatively.

Put the sheet metal in the table, and lay the transfer paper on the sheet metal. A pump will create a vacuum, which makes a perfect adherence of the transfer paper on the surface of the sheet metal.

The table will be pushed in to the infiltration oven manually / automatically after the vacuum process is finished, Where it will stay for 2~3 minutes till the temperature reach up to 180. This will make it possible for the pigment inks transfer from the paper into the coating layer. The transfer process is finished as the table comes out of the oven with an excellent quality result and a remarkable reduction of the production cost.  

     

The efficiency of this model is about 3 times higher than old type. Also can save more time on working process and need less person to operate it. The technology is most advanced all over the world.
