Wood effect machine, wood finish machine, model ZQXJ-3 is used for aluminum profile/sheet for wood effect decoration. It is composed with three tables that can be customized either for profile and sheet or both, we recommend two for profile and one for
sheet. There are two mutually independent vacuuming and control system, which enable the two tables work alternatively for higher efficiency. Each frame is made
out of two hinged parts holding each a membrane is laid on a movable trolley of
each table. Lay the transfer paper on the lower membrane once it opened, put the
working pieces on the transfer paper, it will be closed when another transfer
paper laid on the working pieces. A pump will create a vacuum in between the two
membranes, which makes a perfect adherence of the transfer paper on the surface
of the working pieces.
The frame will be pushed into the infiltration oven manually/automatically after
the vacuum process is finished. Where it will stay for 3 to 7 minutes till the temperature
reach up to 180°C. This will make it possible for the pigment inks transfer from
the paper into the coating layer. The transfer process is finished as the frame
come out of the oven manually/automatically with an excellent quality result
and a remarkable reduction of the production cost. This model is patented and technologically advanced.
